Right now they're 499 ohms, which leaves the cyan LEDs way too bright. Try something way higher. Try something as strong as 10k or 100k

Switched to 10k in hardware, if this is good need to update the schematic

These should probably actually be on the order of 100k, they're still too bright with 10k

Going to leave these at 10k
