fix z-index issues with flash #65

This is primarily a multi-platform issue (per #63) where on many platforms flash will jump to the front no matter what. I think this might have to do with wmode. Need to find a platform I can use reliably that has this problem. Will check home IE to see if that will suffice.

Flash definitely pops up on top of even the modal "you dont have a camera" dialog box in IE 9. Need to explore behaviors with a webcam + IE.
