stucked using win10 and chrome 52.0 #143

It's would use huge memory when my fellow using his win10 to start his project. and out of memory when open the develop tool... but when not using "grunt-connect-proxy", it all be fine! so curious...

env: windows 10 chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit)

it seems a deeper watch in nvd3 and printed a mass of log until chrome crash... sorry to bother here
