0.1.11 not available on NPM #64

The 0.1.11 vesion is released but not available on NPM https://www.npmjs.org/package/grunt-connect-proxy.

Could you please make the uprade ?

Sorry it's just a pull request for now the 0.1.11. I'm waiting for WebSocket :D
