Doesn't work with "GPU Accelerated Compositing"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable "GPU Accelerated Compositing" in about:flags.
2.Go to a page with an article
3.Open iReader

What is the expected output?
All black in background, and scrolling is OK.

What do you see instead?
A white bar in the bottom, and scrolling goes wrong.

Browser:
Chrome 10.0.648.133
