What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open iReader on website
2. Position cursor wheel over generated iReader content (the white textual
bit), scroll to bottom of iReader generated content
3. Once you scroll to the bottom, the original article in the background will
continue to scroll
What is the expected output?
The iReader overlay should completely cover the original article and scrolling
should not interact with the background content at all.
What do you see instead?
The original webpage continues to scroll
However strangely, if the cursor is positioned in the opaque black area
scrolling will not interact with original webpage as expected.

Operating system:
Mac OS X 10.7.5
