[Feature Request] Disable streak notifications entirely #4

Love the module, I really like the idea of having something to point my players at to go 'look, you're rolling statistically average, no matter what it feels like', but I really don't care about the streak stuff, and neither do my players. I'd like to completely turn it off please.

The latest version should have an option to disable streaks entirely.
