check and test using --ignoreBlanks on activities import #40

[ ] check and test if using --ignoreBlanks with empty attribute values (for example beneficiary_type_id) will not break forms and other checks right now empty cell attributes will become beneficiary_type_id: "" on activity object

using --ignoreBlanks will reduce space

 mongoimport -d ngmHealthCluster -c activities --drop --headerline --type csv --file /home/ubuntu/nginx/www/ngm-reportEngine/activities.csv --ignoreBlanks
mongo < /home/ubuntu/nginx/www/ngm-reportEngine/tasks/db/lists/process_activities.js
