fix urdf collision boxes displacement #13

fixed that case fixed_gazebo_urdf_box_collision_displacement

But in other project has problem. Need more work...

It is wrong way.

Was reverted last collision changes and therefore implemented old collision code. This request revert old collision code - https://github.com/drfenixion/freecad.cross/pull/15
