URDF collision bug #14

I did checkout to commit before last collision fixes and there is urdf collisions export bug. Need to rework collision urdf export.

FreeCAD projects with correct collision boxes: freecad_collision_manipulator freecad_urdf_box_collision_displacement

Gazebo collsions displacements: collsion_bug
