Custom Variable support? #62

Hi guys, will there be support for Custom Variables in an upcoming version
of the component?

I would suggest to change the type to "enhancement"

we will implement support for custom variable after v1.2
as we need to restructure core parts of the project to be able to do that

Any idea when the new version will be out?  We just ported our entire UI to 
flex and are kind of stuck with our GA tracking.

you mean that because you can not use custom variables your whole project 
tracking is stuck ?
did you look into tracking events ?

No, the entire project is not stuck, just porting our GA stuff.  Certainly not 
a stop ship situation :).

I looked at trackEvent.  Interesting, but I need to put several vars in.  I'll 
just wait for feature to be implemented.

Custom variables would be amazing. By far my personal highest priority.

Hi guys!

I've implemented support for custom variables (setCustomVar, deleteCustomVar, 
getVisitorCustomVar) in my gaforflash fork on github:

Tried to make all connected to "custom variables" changes in one commit:
