What would you like to see changed?
make option to Show percentages on menu if you didn't voted but other people 
voted

Why do you want this change made?

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290

Poking around some of the original back-and-forth when Galileo was just a baby, 
I came across this, by me:

Yeah so... Showing the progress from the start of a vote is just being a pain 
in the ass. I don't want to do what I'd have to do to get it to work correctly. 
Therefore, I'm not allowing that option.
----
Take it for what it's worth. Things may have changed to make it more feasible 
since then. Alternately, things could have changed to make it less feasible.
