What would you like to see changed?
Is it possible to set the vote to appear right before mapchange, at the end of 
the very last round?

Why do you want this change made?
That way, every player has the opportunity to give a vote to the map they 
actually wants to play on.

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290

This has been requested, in various forms, for quite awhile. People complain 
that players accidentally choose a map because they're changing their weapon, 
and other such things.
