remove "gal_listmaps" command #23

What would you like to see changed?
Remove the "gal_listmaps" command.

Why do you want this change made?
It's functionality is already an optional override of the standard "listmaps" 
command and having a separate command for it just adds a layer of confusion.

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290

Please provide any additional information below.
The command is made available by Galileo but it isn't in the documentation 
anywhere, so it should be relatively safe to remove as most admins probably are 
unaware of it's existence.

If the server doesn't override the standard listmaps command, it'd still be 
nice to have a way to list them using Gal's style. Hmm...
