change debug routine to log to daily files and to log map name only if other information is logged

What would you like to see changed?
Update the debug routing to log to daily files, instead of the single 
_galileo.log file. Further, have it always log the map name when it logs any 
other information, but not if it doesn't log other information.

Why do you want this change made?
The daily files to avoid having the single file (as is current) get too large 
to be useful. The map name so that each map's data is clearly delineated but 
that log files aren't created JUST to log the map name.

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290

It wasn't feasible to only log the map name when other data was being logged. 
It would have made it more difficult to tease out some timing data.
