show who voted for what at end of vote #42

What would you like to see changed?
Instead of showing who votes for what as the people vote, wait until the end of 
the vote and then do something like:

Votes for 'cs_assault': Player1, Player2, Player3
Votes for 'de_assault': Player6, Player8

Why do you want this change made?
It would cut down on the amount of scrolling text.

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290
