Vote status sometimes is shown before player votes on gal_vote_showstatus 1 #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. gal_vote_showstatus 1 in config
2. hold key for showing stats (normally [Tab]) short before vote starts an hold 
it a little time the vote is in progress

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is to see no progress until I choose a vote-option but I see the 
progress (percentages) before I've voted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
From the SVN rev 105. I think the OS of the Gameserver is a Linux but I'm not 
sure and I can't verify it at this moment.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the problem wasn't in the official release "Galileo 1.1.290 released 
2009-FEB-26".

Apart from this problem, the rev 105 from the svn is running very good and 
solves many problems I had before with the official release. Moreover, I use 
the new gal_rtv_disableflags and it seems to work.

I can not duplicate this with the current revision. I realize it's been 4 years 
since you reported this, but I'll say this anyway in case you're still playing, 
or someone else who is, sees this.

Unless someone lets me know that they can duplicate this, on command with the 
current revision, I'm going to close it shortly before the next release.
