error upon not finding files specified in cvars #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set gal_nom_mapfile to "nope.txt" or other nonexistent file
2. Change the map
3. Review the console for errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It'd make more sense to give the admins a friendly notice.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Existing log_error() references were not working as expected. Changed them all 
to log_amx() calls, which will show in the current AMXX log file and in the 
console.

This was fixed in r116.
