What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

"When player nominate maps, for example, ftw_deathzone and bkz_goldbhop_h, and 
then choose extend on the vote, those maps can be nominated again, and will 
appear in the vote twice... Sometimes there's a vote with 9 choices , and only 
5 maps ..."
