"recentmaps" chat command also to client console

What would you like to see changed?
When displaying the result of the "recentmaps" command, echo it in the player's 
console.

Why do you want this change made?
AllMassive:
i configured galileo that the last 12 maps could not be played and that the 
maps should be shown in one line.

This doesnt fit to the screen so additional output to the console would be very 
nice.

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290

I think u can check the maxchars (256?) per line, when its reached send it to a 
new line...

If I did something like that, I'd have to backtrack until I find a space so 
that the map name doesn't get split between multiple lines. Definitely doable 
though.
