randomize order of maps in the vote #8

What would you like to see changed?

Me & other players noticed when map vote comes up it show maps in alphabetical 
order, is it possible to add feature so it randomizes list?

Why do you want this change made?

some people just hit number 1 all the time, so you end up playing same maps 
that in top list more often

What version of the plugin are you using?
1.1.290

I'd like to vote by numbers 5,6,7,8,9, it will minimalize the overclicks (isn't 
it off topic? :D)
