After full screen ide cannot be brought back to regular mode #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+F11 to make the IDE full screen
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+F11 again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ide window must be set back to original state

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 17

Please provide any additional information below.
When Ctrl+Shift+F11 is present second time, the window attempts to change back 
its size (there is some screen activity of window shrinking) but comes back to 
full screen instead of maximized size as before.
