I figured I'd keep these two together since they share a common trait.
iPad Mini (7.0.2)
A friend reported this to me. I wasn't able to replicate this but he said that deleting a game causes a black line to appear and own't disappear until a new game is started. It seems to be tied to this specific iOS. Will look further into this.

iPhone 5s (8.0.2), iPad Mini 1st Gen (7.1.2)
If you delete a game, for example, Double Dragon, the next time you install that same game it will have a continuation number such as "Double Dragon-1" or "Double Dragon-2" if you keep deleting and install.
Fixed, also for Gearboy.
Roms were being kept in a temporal folder. Deleting and installing the App again may be needed to trash those old files.
I couldn't replicate the first issue though.
