just in case they aren't logged in… redirect #224

What if someone from the US finds their way to the site, and isn't logged in. The would then get a message saying "We only processing orders from the US", which would be confusing.

Shouldn't there be a filter to check if they are logged in and another for US customers that way we can distinguish the correct flash messages to show?
