- Add a dropdown with all the Roles in it
- Make the Roles also searchable

Further ideas:
As a person seeking another person to join my team or help with a task, I may want to search for other users of dribdat. In particular, I may want to search for them by Role, or some other text that they have in their Profile. This could also be a way to filter the participants of an Event.
