Hello Richard, i tried to find an email to you. But i did not see any contact information.

I want to do some custom modifications to this mindmap and i was wondering if you are available for freelancing ?

i have been trying to reach out to richard, more then a year ago, he seem not to be following up with this project, which is a waste, given the potential of this app.

Yea seems like that. I made some modifications to it to allow images and icons when creating mindmaps.

But it was not easy :) And took a long time!

Marten, can you give some more info on what it took to get the images working? I didn't see a fork of this project, but would like to try and reimplement what you have done.

Hello i attached my version now, that got a few major changes.

  1. Icons and Images can now be added to "bubbles"
  2. Links can be added in the bubbles as well.
  3. Popups can be created that desribes the mindmap.
  4. Share functionality with unique url link for mindmaps.
  5. Server saving of mindmap file.

The new options you added seems to be very useful. I downloaded and tried your version to see how they work, but it didn't. Could you please describe how we can add images, icons, links...?

I'm testing it on a fresh install of the files from mrmarten, because I find it easier to test. it seems that some of the files and links are pointing to invalid locations or missing files. I'll report back with more info soon.

I forgot to include the nessecary php function files for the extra mindmap functions. functions.zip

There are help popups, notifying you about the new functions as well as an code example on how to use links.

Hi everybody and hi mrmarten! I have a problem with your modifications, I don't see anything in my console. If I put console.log("test"); I don't see it. Please, can you help me? Or somebody that have the same problem?

Why is it not a PR? It is one of the things I miss in MindMaps.

Make a pull request. Only if that fails should you make a fork.
