Latest version of Photivo won't start on Ubuntu 10.04 AMD_64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to start Photivo from menu entry
2. Trying to start Photivo from command line
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be Photivo GUI. Error message on CLI as follows (xxxx 
substituted for my username):

Previous version of Photivo worked correctly with no issues.
