Experimental Version (64-bit Win7) crashes on startup #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Downloaded the experimental version for 64-bit Windows and installed
2.Launched
3.Immediately crashed (multiple tries)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pop up informing me of the crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest experimental version.  64-bit.  Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

I think it has something to do with starting up with the image manager.  The 
image manager has a tendency to crash on 64-bit machines (I believe I am not 
the only one reporting this).  It seems that the experimental versions are 
trying to open with the image manager causing it to crash.

Yes, the file manager has stability problems. And it’s high up on the todo 
list to fix.
Please try running ptClear to reset Photivo’s configuration. That often helps 
with startup problems. Especially mixing configs of “normal” Photivo and 
the experimental version may cause problems

I ran ptClear and now it seems to be working.   Guess that really helped.
