Adds a rule to change the $casts property to a casts() class method.
Adds the Laravel 11 group
Adds tests for the new rule
Generates documentation

Why

This is a new bit of functionality for Laravel 11.

Doc were generated with the fix from #172 so it's removed lots of examples.
