[x] update predicted changed after playback or top 7 + 2 random paths
[x] fix widgets changed after playback prediction
[x] Fix regular corrupted .widget files
[x] fix queue using disk while idle
[x] refresh widgets after playback on startup in case of crash
[x] prevent same path being queued twice

@drinfernoo no I don't see a performance difference on my setup otherwise I would have fixed it earlier. But obviously others will and doing less on disk is a good thing. And there is no need for the queue to be persistent.
