I am relatively new to github I don't know where I should have posted this since it's more a workaround than a issue actually, I have noticed that you can start, stop, reload, restart Apache using the the apachectl file in the directory where it is located by running: /usr/bin/apachectl command
as I was struggling to get this done and no info on the web about this I tought maybe it would be nice to post it here.
