Feature/admx submodule migration #3

I believe we should merge this and then create a new release (to be used by admxepics, possibly others)

I'll add that I'm not actually sure if these agent overloads are good, they are what I managed to get working with the existing lua bindings in the admx script runner, but maybe there's a better solution.
