Acquire multiple angels in one dialog #100

If a player crosses multiple 100-point thresholds and has room to acquire multiple angels/archangels, the AcquireAngel dialog should allow doing that in one click, rather than needing to bring up the dialog multiple times. This is more user-friendly, and also simpler for the AI.
