Defender leaving creature off-board should not trigger angel summoning #106

Per http://wolff.to/titan/errata.html, if the defender fails to enter a creature, that doesn't count as a kill for angel summoning. We currently have this wrong.

Fix illegal summon after enemy creature left offboard.
