Phase advances past fight with reinforcement pending #109

Sometimes the defender wins and earns a post-battle reinforcement, but the game advances past the fight phase before he can choose it. The reinforcement is still allowed, but if it happens during his next turn, that legion is not allowed to recruit in that turn.

Dead legions cannot summon or recruit.
