Improve the way AIs join the game #117

Currently AIs must be started manually with slugathon-aiclient -n name -a password. This is convenient for debugging but not for playing. We need a friendlier way for the server to spawn AI processes.

Launch AIs at game start, up to min_players total players. Closed by dbe2b73f9c55a146544747c65f31dfd9757549e4
