Auto rangestrikes #119

Need an option to automatically rangestrike when only a single target is available. This should be distinct from auto forced strikes, since rangestrikes are never actually forced.

Add auto-strikes when the options are selected.

Also add more automatic phase advancing, when no strikes remain. Extract method build_chit_image Add a missing errback.
