AI creatures need to be more aggressive against rangestrikers #148

Sometimes defending AI creatures just sit there and let rangestrikers shoot them. Creatures that are vulnerable to rangestriking (non-lords, or everyone if there's a warlock) need to close with rangestrikers rather than sitting back.
