Conceding once a battle starts is broken #170

Pre-battle conceding works, but conceding after the legions have entered the map is totally broken. The battle ends, but the winner doesn't get any points, and the dead legion isn't properly cleaned up, which leads to problems moving later.

I haven't seen the problem again. Closing the bug will probably make it come back.
