Ending battles #37

Need to end the battle upon legion elimination, titan elimination, or time loss, and award points.

Code complete as of [afaf9fe5132878e7f0eb5f2da67f6e00febf9db1], but there's a weird bug that causes the clients to crash hard at the end of battles.
