Pick recruiters #42

When more than one recruiter type can muster the same creature type, we need to let the player pick which should be revealed. This should be done in the existing PickRecruit dialog so that recruits still only take one click. (The separate PickRecruiter dialog in Colossus confused a lot of people.)
