Reinforcements #45

Support the defender recruiting a reinforcement, during turn 4 or after the battle.

Mostly done in [27da9a2b881904831450afd482ed3bd17033b744]. Need to add post-battle reinforcements as well.

Post-battle reinforcements work as of [48923560e20f08a155a4b4cb855cbb112646177d]. There are still some issues with precise post-battle timing, which have been moved to #62.
