We should show the turn track with battle turns 1-7, with the battle active player's legion marker used to mark the current turn.

Add TurnTrack, and integrate it with GUIBattleMap. Closed by 7b43815d2506f2f31b3e0b32a0ace162a226c1b2

There are still some minor painting issues.
