Allow taking the inferior rangestrike path #61

When a rangestrike is along a hex spine, and both LOS are clear, and the strike numbers differ, then the striker should be able to choose between the two strike numbers. (Even though he will almost always want the better one.)

Nobody except Bruno will ever want this feature, and it complicates the code, so I'm closing as wontfix.
