I am using zinbwave on the count matrix from single-cell data for the Acorde package. But I am getting the following error:

sce.2.1_zmb<-zinbwave(sce.2.1,K=2,epsilon=1000) Error in d$value$value : $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors
