This is probably terribly incomplete, and confusing, and wrong. Please critique aggressively!

reviewed kbmap/normalmode.go, this still needs /, ; and Enter.

I just realized that your comment about missing ; and : didn't mean you removed the references, it just meant that it wasn't incorporated into your tabular listing.. so there's no reason not to merge this as-is (I was waiting until I'd have a chance to re-add the ;/: keys immediately after merging, since they're pretty important to de..)
