Aptasuit crashes during Data import #105

Hi I have no coding experience and I am using the GUI of the AptaSUITE to get results for my Aptamer project. After I load all my Fastq files on to GUI and submit the request, the entire thing disappears. The log file is attached. Can anyone help me?

AptaSuite version is 0.9.8

Hi,

I am no expert but in case it's helpful, here are a couple of things I found when having a similar issue:

-it will crash if your FASTQ files are on an external hard drive, or if you are saving the Aptasuite file straight directly onto an external hard drive

-I found that if I limited the number of FASTQ files to 4, then it worked - as soon as I included >4 files, it crashed
