Bug coming from a different issue with AptaCluster resulting in the cluster ids not being assigned in a strictly monotonically increasing fashion which is a requirement for many downstream operations.

Due to internal data-structure changes, users that have clustered the data with a version smaller than v.0.9.0 might have to run AptaCluster again.
