Allow different primers for different rounds of SELEX #61

It would be nice to be able to specify different 5' and 3' ends for different rounds, or have the option to do so. We use a method that requires the introduction of an alternative 3' primer in a later round, but we would still like to compare enrichment data and perform other downstream analyses on these data sets.

Just a thought, thanks for considering.

Great idea, I will see to adding this in a future release.

hello i am using aptasuite and it take about 24 h and i did'nt get the result yet is it normal thanks
