Build is failing

When forking the repository and adding it to Travis, building the master does not succeed. It fails with

Dear All, I have tried the fix build process (#320) on ubuntu 16.04 using ( Docker version 18.06.0-ce, build 0ffa825 and docker-compose version 1.23.1, build b02f1306) and on ubuntu 18.04 with latest docker and compose version but at the end same error

Can anyone guide me where i am wrong please.
